The Clay Lacy Professional Pilot Scholarship is available to students pursuing a degree in aviation at the University of North Dakota. You must be earning your degree as a commercial, instrument, multi-engine and all fixed-wing flight instructor ratings and have your private pilot's certificate. You must also be a current EAA member or be recommended by an EAA member to qualify for this award. Financial need will also be considered.
