Description
The Blue Sky Foundation Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Clark or Floyd County, Indiana. You must have at least a 2.8 GPA, and a CORE 40 or an Academic Honors Diploma and have passed both sections of the ISTEP ECA to be eligible for this award.
