The Richard P. Donohue Scholarship is available to seniors at Doherty Memorial High School who has achieved success by overcoming hardships. You must have been accepted to a two or four-year college, vocational school or a post-graduate institution of higher learning. You must also demonstrate your concern for others through volunteer work or participation in school sports to build a good schoool climate to qualify for this award. An essay explaining why you deserve the scholarship is also required.
