Description
The Don and Mary Jane Howard Endowed Scholarship is available to sophomore, junior, or senior at Worcester State College. You must be majoring in elementary education and demonstrate a desire to teach at a public elementary school to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students who are the first in their family to attend college. Students should provide a short essay.
