Description
The Hispanic Scholarship Fund - Freddie Mac Scholarship is available to junior and senior full-time students who are of Hispanic heritage. You must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident and plan to be enroll full - time in a degree seeking program at a four - year U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam institution. You must also be a permanent resident in District of Columbia, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or West Virginia, have a minimum 3.0 GPA and a complete a FAFSA to be eligible for this award.
