The IFT Carbohydrate Division Scholarship is available to graduate students studying food science and technology. You must be a member of the IFT Student Association, have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate an exemplary interest in food science and research. You must be conducting research in carbohydrate chemistry to qualify for this award.
