Grayce E. Oliver Memorial Scholarship

The Grayce E. Oliver Memorial Scholarship is available to students at Oregon State University. You must be a graduate of Milwaukie High School, possess acceptable character and citizenship, and have strong potential and direction toward your professional goals to be eligible for this renewable award. Entering freshmen students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
