Florida A&M University-George W. Gore Award

Description

The Florida A&M University-George W. Gore Award is available to incoming freshman students at Florida A&M University who exhibit high ideas and scholastic achievement. You must have a minimum 3.75 GPA, 1330 SAT or 29 ACT, and have earned a minimum score of 76 on the ALEKS Math exam for Engineering, Physical, Life, Natural and Computer Sciences majors (all others must earn at least a 61 on the ALEKS Math exam) to be eligible for this award. In addition, you must be a U.S. resident or permanent resident. Selected recipients are expected to maintain the specific enrollment program under which the award was made and enroll in 15 credit hours per semester. Award is renewable for a maximum of eight semesters provided the conditions outlined on the scholarship requirements page are met.
