Description
The William and Vicki Pahl Endowed CEM Scholarship is available to entering, first-year students attending Oregon State University, College of Engineering. You must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be a U.S. citizen. Also, you must be majoring in construction engineering management, participate in extracurricular activities pertaining to construction, and plan to prsue a careeer in heavy highway construction to be eligible for this award.
