Description
The Sand Dollar Scholarship is available to students who are the children or spouses of active duty, retired, or deceased personnel of the Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard. Your parent or spouse must served in a San Diego area command at some point or be a reservist activated for at least nine months to be eligible for this award.
