The Fred R. Sanders Memorial Scholarship Fund is available to students who are residents of Anderson County and attend a Tri-County Technical College nursing program. You must have a minimum 2.75 GPA, be a U.S. citizen, demonstrate community commitment and employment or a volunteer commitment to Hospice of the Upstate.
