Description
The Sybil Fong Sam Scholarship Contest is open to high school seniors who have sickle cell disease and are entering an accredited four-year college or university as full-time students. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be a Connecticut resident and submit a high school transcript. You will also need to submit a 900 to 1000-word essay. Three letters of recommendation from high school teachers are also required.
