The National Football League's (NFL) Superbowl LVIII is set for February 11, 2024, at the Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada where the Kansas City Chiefs will play the San Francisco 49ers. Not long after Superbowl LVIII, the National Basketball Association's (NBA) All-Star Weekend starts February 16-18 at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. You must display leadership qualities, demonstrate a commitment to extracurricular activities, and demonstrate the value of education, good work ethic, and community outreach to be considered for this award.

Miami Heat Scholarship

Award Amount: $5,000 The Miami Heat Scholarship is available to high school seniors in Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe, and Palm Beach schools. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and have shown service to community to be eligible for this award.

Cavaliers Scholarship Program

Award Amount: $10,000 The Cavaliers Scholarship Program is open to high school seniors residing in Northeast Ohio. To be considered, you must submit a 500 - word essay on the following topic: "Discuss an accomplishment, event, or realization that sparked a period of personal growth and a new understanding of yourself or others."

Award Amount: Varies The Len Dawson Scholarship is available to high school seniors. You must be a resident of the Kansas City area to be eligible for this award.

Nat Moore Scholarship

Deadline: 2/28/24
Award Amount: $2,500 The Nat Moore Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors. You must be graduating from a high school in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach or Monroe County, have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and submit a personal essay of between 500 and 700 words to be considered for this award.

BBB Ethical Athlete Scholarship

Award Amount: $1,000 - $2,500 The BBB Ethical Athlete Scholarship is available to high school students in Arizona. You must be participating in AIA sanctioned school sport and have a minimum 2.75 GPA to be eligible for this award.

Baltimore Ravens Scholarship Program

Award Amount: $5,000 The Baltimore Ravens Scholarship Program is open to graduating seniors attending Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Carroll County public high schools. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.

Carolina Panthers Scholarship Fund

Award Amount: Varies The Carolina Panthers Scholarship Fund is available to graduating college seniors in North and South Carolina. You must have earned a varsity letter to be eligible for this award. Female athletes may letter in any sport, male athletes may only letter in football. You must also have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible for this award.

Dixie Youth Baseball Scholarship

Award Amount: $2,000 The Dixie Youth Baseball Scholarship is available to high school seniors. You must have participated in a Dixie Youth Baseball program at the age of 12 or younger to be eligible for this award.

Cleveland Browns Foundation Marion Motley Scholarship

Award Amount: $2,500 The Cleveland Browns Foundation Marion Motley Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors. You must be enrolled in a high school located in Northeast Ohio, have a minimum GPA of 2.5, have at least an 18 ACT / 960 SAT score, and be majoring in an area that could lead to a career working in education or for a professional sports organization to be eligible for this award.

Chuck Cooper Foundation Scholarship

Award Amount: Varies The Chuck Cooper Foundation Scholarship is available to African - American undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Pittsburgh, Duquesne University, Robert Morris University, Carlow University, Chatham University, Carnegie Mellon University, and Point Park University. Gregg Garon Scholarship

Award Amount: Varies The Gregg Garon Scholarship is available to high school seniors and college freshmen who currently play soccer for a high school or club in northern San Diego County. While you may not necessarily the best player, you must demonstrate "a lot of heart" to be considered for this award. A minimum high school GPA of 2.5, or a minimum college GPA of 2.0 is also required.

Mothers of Professional Basketball Players Scholarship

Award Amount: $5,000 The MPBP, Inc. Scholarship is available to full - time HBCU students. You must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Only the first 75 completed applications will be considered.

Holiday Classic Scholarship

Award Amount: $1,500 The Holiday Classic Scholarship is available to student - athletes from participating schools in the State Farm Holiday Classic. You must have earned a varsity letter in basketball this year and have a minimum 2.75 GPA to be eligible for this award.

William "Bill" Thomas Athletic Achievement Scholarship

Award Amount: $1,000 The William "Bill" Thomas Athletic Achievement Scholarship is available to high school seniors who are planning to attend an HBCU. You must have at least a 2.7 GPA to be eligible for this award. You must also submit a 1,000 - word essay on how sports have prepared you for life after higher education.

Linda Craig Memorial Scholarship

Award Amount: $2,500 The Linda Craig Memorial Scholarship is available to undergraduate students attending an Indiana college or university. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be majoring in athletic training, physical therapy, or a related discipline to be eligible for this award. You must also demonstrate outstanding character, integrity, and leadership.

Anthony Munoz Scholarship

Award Amount: $2,500 The Anthony Munoz Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors residing in the Tri - State region. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA or a minimum ACT score of 18 to be eligible for this award. You must also be planning to attend an accredited Tri - State college or university.

NY Ramblers Scholarship

Babe Ruth League College Scholarship
