Want to be aware of scholarship opportunities that you qualify for? Let us introduce Fund Your Future Fridays! Each Friday, we will highlight multiple awards from our database of 1.5 million scholarships that high school, college, and graduate students qualify for. These may also be open to students pursuing a vocation or trade after high school as well. Here are this week's scholarship opportunities:

College JumpStart Scholarship

Deadline: 10/17/24 Available to: High School Sophomore to College Senior Award Amount: 1 award of $1,000
The College JumpStart Scholarship is available to high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors; and current college students. To be considered for this award, you must be committed to going to school and using your education to better your life and that of your family and/or community and be able express your goals for getting a higher education.

Foreclosure.com Scholarship Program

Deadline: 12/15/25 Available to: College Freshman to College Senior Award Amount: 3 awards between $1,000 and $4,000
The Foreclosure.com Scholarship is available to currently enrolled undergraduate students. To be considered, you must submit an 800 - 2,000 word essay based on the following topic: "Are foreclosures and pre-foreclosures the only way to find affordable housing in the current market? With both interest rates and prices still much higher than pre-covid are financially distressed properties such as foreclosures and pre-foreclosures the only way of getting affordable housing? Discuss how to find affordable housing in the 2024 - 2025 market."

More With Us Scholarship Competition

Deadline: 12/15/25 Available to: College Freshman to College Senior Award Amount: 2 awards of $500 The More With Us Scholarship Competition is open to high school and undergraduate students. You must submit a one-page essay OR a short video about a work or volunteer experience and create a profile with the sponsor in order to be considered for this award.

Because College is Expensive Scholarship

Deadline: 12/31/25 Available to: High School Junior to Graduate Year 5 Award Amount: 1 award of $500 The $500 “Because College is Expensive” Scholarship is open to students in their junior or senior year in high school, current undergrads and grad students, as well as those planning on enrolling within 12 months. The winner will be determined by random drawing and then contacted directly and announced on the Scholarship Winners page. One entry per person is all that is necessary.
