It’s that time again! You’re heading back to school, but do you know how you’re going to pay for it? Scholarships can help. Find scholarships to help you head back to school without the worries of tuition looming over you. The following list includes scholarships with deadlines throughout this semester, so you can keep applying for awards all semester long. Students of all ages can apply now to qualify for some scholarship funding from these scholarship providers:

Scooter Inside Scholarship

Deadline: 10/30/19
Available to: High School Seniors through Graduate Students, Year 5
Award Amount: $1,200 The Scooter Inside Scholarship is open to students who are currently attending high school or college. You must submit an essay of between 700 and 1500 words that discusses the importance of social media marketing and how search engine optimization can help local business get more clients in order to be considered for this award. Coca-Cola Scholars Program

Deadline: 10/31/19
Available to: High School Seniors through College Freshmen
Award Amount: $20,000 The Coca-Cola Scholars Program is open to high school seniors who plan to pursue a degree at an accredited post - secondary institution in the U.S. Home - schooled students may also apply. Get more information on the Coca-Cola Scholars Program.

Voice of Democracy Scholarship Competition

Deadline: 10/31/19
Available to: High School Freshmen through High School Seniors
Award Amount: $30,000 The Voice of Democracy Scholarship Competition is open to high school students. To enter, you must write and record a three - to five - minute broadcast script on the following theme: "What Makes America Great." Learn more about the Voice of Democracy Scholarship Competition.

Women in Science Environmental Scholarship

Deadline: 12/01/19
Available to: Female High School Freshmen through College Seniors
Award Amount: $500 The Women in Science Environmental Scholarship is available to female high school or college students, with preference given to those who are choosing to pursue a science degree. You must demonstrate financial need, and submit a one-page essay that demonstrates an idea you have for helping improve the environment, either global or locally using Drone Technology to be eligible for this award. Final Fantasy Fan Scholarship

Deadline: 12/15/19
Available to: College Freshmen through College Seniors
Award Amount: $1,000
The Final Fantasy Fan Scholarship is open to current college students. You must be a passionate Final Fantasy gamer and submit a short essay of five paragraphs or less on your relationship with Final Fantasy games in order to be considered for this award. Earnest Scholarship

Deadline: 12/31/19
Available to: College Freshmen through Graduate Students, Year 5
Award Amount: $5,000 The Earnest Scholarship is available to full-time students. To be eligible, you must submit an 800 - to 1000 - word essay on one of the following two topics: "How will your college education help you achieve your goals?" or "How has your education contributed to who you are today?" Travel Is Education Scholarship

Deadline: 1/31/20
Available to: 18 & Under
Award Amount: 4 awards from $500-$1,000 The Travel Is Education Scholarship is open to U.S. students in grades 6 through 12. You must submit two-dimensional artwork, photos or a writing (maximum one page) on the theme of "Becoming a Global Citizen". Sample topics are available on the Web site provided. Ocean Awareness Contest

Deadline: 6/15/20
Available to: Maximum Age 18 Years
Award Amount: 8 awards from $100-$1,500 The Ocean Awareness Contest is open to students between the ages of 11 and 18. To be considered, students are invited to learn about the climate crisis and its impact on oceans; discover or imagine solutions at local, national, or global scales; and create work that explores hope in action. Available to: High School Seniors through College Seniors

American Legion National High School Oratorical Contest

Available to: High School Freshmen through High School Senior
Award Amount : $18,000
Provided by The American Legion, the National High School Oratorical Contest is open to junior high and high school students who are under the age of 20 and citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States. You must prepare an oration on some aspect of the U.S. Constitution, with some emphasis on the duties and obligations of citizens to our government. Each individual state winner certified into and participating in the first round of the national contest receives an additional $1,500 scholarship. Prom Pics Contest

Available to: High School Juniors through High School Seniors
Award Amount: $250 The Prom Pics Contest is open to high school students. To be eligible, you must submit a high resolution photo from your prom event.
