Meadows Museum of Fine Art Graduate Curatorial Internship-PAID

Description

The Meadows Museum of Fine Art Graduate Curatorial Internship are open to graduate students at Southern Methodist University who have a strong interest in pursuing a career in museums. Preference will be given to those with teaching experience and/or have Spanish-speaking skills. As an intern, you will gain experience in both the scholarly and practical aspects of curatorial work, including cross-departmental collaboration. Responsibilities may include object-based research; cataloguing; supporting collections documentation and provenance research; contributing to gallery texts or other interpretive materials; leading tours for SMU classes, and participating in departmental planning.
