Description
The Smithsonian National Zoo offers a Communications Internship to students who are studying English, journalism, biology, and science writing. You must have excellent writing skills, strong research skills, and be able to commit to work a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week for at least 12 weeks. Duties may include writing magazine articles, conducting text research and verifying accuracy of copy, conducting photo research, preparing content for the website and maintaining web pages, and assisting with public relations.
