The Home Depot Human Resources Internship is available to rising senior-level undergraduate students pursuing a degree in human resources, business, psychology, communications, organizational development, management, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0. To be considered for this role, you should possess strong project management, organizational, presentation and communication skills. You should also have the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while applying critical thinking to refine outputs, with a commitment to responsible data practices. As an intern, you will support initiatives that enhance the associate experience and help drive business success across The Home Depot. Interns may contribute to projects focused on workforce engagement, talent attraction, recruiting, organizational effectiveness, systems, processes, and business-critical people initiatives while partnering with associates across the organization. Throughout the internship, participants will gain exposure to real business challenges while supporting projects that impact talent strategies, recruiting, workforce engagement, and associate experiences. Interns will work closely with leaders, mentors, and business partners while developing project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. This internship is offered in Atlanta, GA, during the summer.
