The Aramark Operations Internship is available to rising junior and senior-level undergraduate students who are pursuing a bachelor's degree in hospitality, operations management, culinary arts, food service management, facilities management, business, or related majors. To be considered for this program, you should possess strong verbal, written, and professional communication skills. You should also have demonstrated leadership potential through campus involvement, prior work experience, or extracurricular activities. As an intern, you will support daily unit or site operations under the direction of the manager, ensuring quality standards, compliance, and efficiency are consistently met. You will assist with inventory management, cost tracking, and vendor coordination under the direction of the manager as well as contribute to financial performance goals including labor management, food or supply cost, and client satisfaction metrics. You will also receive valuable mentorship and opportunities to participate in career development workshops. This internship is offered in Philadelphia, PA.
