NSA Industrial and Organizational Psychology Summer Internship

Description

The NSA Industrial and Organizational Psychology Summer Internship is open to graduate students enrolled in a Master's or Ph.D. program in I/O Psychology or a related field. To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a U.S. citizen, have at least a 3.0 GPA, and be eligible to be granted a TS/SCI security clearance after successfully completing a background investigation, a full-scope polygraph, and a psychological evaluation. As an intern, you will gain experience in the areas of personnel assessment/psychometrics, human capital systems design and consulting, occupational/job analysis and competency modeling, survey design and organizational effectiveness consultation, employee retention strategies, and program evaluation. This 12-week program is offered in MD.
