The Hershey Park Pastry Internship is open to students 18 and older who are enrolled in a pastry arts program or have one year of experience working in a full production bakery. To be considered for this role, you must display and understand basic pastry skills and have solid baking techniques. You should also possess the ability to communicate effectively as a team player with supervisors, employees and customers. As an intern, you will be responsible for completing regular daily food production in support of The Sweeterie Confectionary Kitchen and Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor. As a Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Intern, you will enjoy sweet perks like free admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food and shopping, and more as soon as you receive your Employee ID.
