Description

The Apollo Theater Technical Internship is open to rising NYC high school senior students who have a serious interest in learning about careers in arts and entertainment. As an intern, you will be assigned to work with Apollo arts administrators for six weeks to learn how to apply technical elements of theater, such as lighting design, audio engineering, projection, carpentry, and production design, to live stage productions from the pros at The Apollo. You will be assigned to work with members of The Apollo’s production crew to learn what goes into creating events at the legendary Apollo and be a part of executing our annual summer event, Apollo Teen Takeover. This internship is offered in New York, NY.
