Description
The NLIHC Policy Internship is open to students who are passionate about racial and social equity. You must have excellent writing and interpersonal skills and be familiar with statistical software or programming language for data analysis in order to be considered for this internship. Policy interns will assist with projects related to NLIHC’s policy priorities, including tracking legislation, participating in visits to congressional offices, attending and summarizing webinars and congressional hearings for the weekly Memo to Members & Partners newsletter, and developing materials for use in lobbying the House and Senate to achieve our policy agenda.
