Description

The KeyBank Desktop Support Internship is open to undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a degree in computer science, business, or related fields. To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for communications with technical and non-technical staff. Technical support experience in a computer support environment is preferred. As an intern, you will assist with the deployment of IT assets to KeyBank employees, providing deskside computer hardware and software support. You will work directly with various lines of business across the bank. Responsibilities include imaging, configuration, installation and troubleshooting of personal computers and software. This internship is offered in Brooklyn, OH, and Cleveland, OH.
