Description

The Bioventus DOD SkillBridge Military Human Resources Internship is open to active-duty service members who are eligible for SkillBridge (within last 180 days of service) and have received command approval. A degree is preferred. As an intern, you will gain hands-on practice and learn foundational HR principles while translating your existing military experience- such as leadership, communication, and personnel management, into practical HR competencies. You will gain exposure to professional standards in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational culture.
