Description

The MBA Finance Leadership Development Program is open to MBA students who will have obtained their degree by the start of the summer internship in finance, economics, strategy, supply chain, or another analytical field. To be considered for this role, you must have at least three years of post-undergraduate, full-time work or relevant military experience prior to enrolling in business school. Additionally, you should be able to digest large amounts of data and information and succinctly explain what can be learned from the data and how it can support decision making as well as have a desire to learn leadership techniques and best practices in problem solving and conflict resolution to enable innovation and progress on difficult to address challenges of our customers. As an intern, you will focus on corporate finance or divisional finance functions within Delta. Corporate finance departments evaluate strategic investments or opportunities, forecast, and analyze expenses enterprise wide, and handle external reporting. Divisional finance departments serve as a strategic partner to the business units they support, helping the division manage revenues and expenses and achieve their goals.
