The Delta Talent Acquisition Co-Op is open to full-time undergraduate students who are studying human resources, business, communications, psychology, marketing, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.0. To be considered for this three-semester program, you should possess strong organizational, time management, collaboration, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. As an intern in this three-semester program, you will play a vital role in supporting three lead recruiters who are focused on attracting and hiring top early-career talent. This position offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process and exposure to strategic initiatives that shape Delta’s future workforce. This co-op program is offered in Atlanta, GA.
