Delta HR Analytics and Insights Co-Op-PAID

Description

The Delta HR Analytics and Insights Co-Op is open to students majoring in computer science, information systems, data science/analytics, advanced mathematics, or a quantitative discipline. To be considered for this three-semester program, you should have experience in database applications, SQL and advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Table, Macros) and strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into a logical and actionable story. You should also have interest in data visualization and be able to produce concise, relevant, strategic documents and executive presentations. As an intern, you will work closely with the HR reporting and analytics team creating multi-functional data extracts from enterprise-wide data sources in-order to maintain/enhance applications, develop reports and analyses, visualize data creatively, and create documentation and automated processes. You will directly interact with multiple internal client groups from HR, finance and operations to coordinate the automation of production reports, development of ad hoc data reports and intake of requirements. This co-op is offered in Atlanta, GA.
