Description
The Delta Pairings and Bid-Award Co-Op is open to students currently pursuing a degree in aviation, business, engineering, analytics, or a related field. To be considered for this three-semester program, you should possess strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas), have an analytical mindset, be detail oriented, and have an interest in airline operations or logistics. As an intern, you will join the Crew Planning team to help design efficient crew pairings and support monthly PBS bid and award processes. You’ll work with real operational data to improve schedule quality, optimize staffing, and enhance reliability across the network. This co-op is offered in Atlanta, GA.
