Hermes Diversity and Leadership Training Internship-PAID

Description

The Hermes Diversity and Leadership Training Internship is open to students with demonstrated interest in human resources and/or diversity and inclusion. You should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and be able to work independently and as an active team player to be considered for this role. As an intern, you will assist with research, planning, and implementation of engagement initiatives. You will contribute innovative ideas and share DEI best practices, assist with creating boutique workshops focused on employee experience and team culture, and provide administrative support with document management, including updating resources, meeting recaps, and tracking attendance lists. You will also assist with planning and on-site support with leadership training seminars and draft communications for recognition months. This internship is offered in New York, NY.
