CBRE GIS Technician Apprentice-PAID

Description

The CBRE GIS Technician Apprentice is open to undergraduate and graduate students majoring in geography or related fields with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. To be considered for this role, you should have at least one year of experience working with GIS Technology using ESRI. You should also have proficiency in ArcGIS Suite (desktop and online), word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications. Knowledge of financial terms and principles is required. As an intern, you will support with the production of high quality geographic and demographic materials that would be used for commercial real estate marketing and market analysis purposes. This role is learning Geographic Information Systems (GIS) fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures and assists other GIS staff within the commercial real estate industry and is offered in various locations.
