The Oklahoma City Thunder Corporate Legal Internship is open to 2L and 3L law students in the OKC area with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. As an intern, you will assist the legal department on a broad range of legal matters for the Thunder, including commercial transactions, intellectual property, labor and employment, sweepstakes and contests, and litigation management. You will also assist with drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating commercial agreements, including sponsorship agreements, services agreements, and other general contracts as well as general research on ongoing legal issues related to data privacy, copyright, employment law, state and local regulations.
