The Savannah Bananas In-Game Promotions Internship is open to students who are exceptionally organized, enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, bring non-stop enthusiasm to whatever they do, and can keep a smile on their face for long periods of time. As an intern, you’ll work directly alongside the entertainment team in the preparation and execution of all promotions throughout the season. In doing this, you’ll play a direct role in providing the best entertainment possible to all fans that attend Bananas games and events.  During a show, your responsibilities will include assisting in the set-up and maintenance of promotions. This involves coordination of selecting and interacting with promotion contestants, prepping props and equipment, and executing our “Before the Peel” preshow cues.  In addition, you will be responsible for cleanup with all promotion materials used during each game. Outside of game days, there are a lot of details that go into planning to take the show on the road. In this position, you will be part of both the physical and creative prep. You will have also the opportunity to travel to select World Tour events to put on the Best Show in Sports! This full-season internship runs January - October.
