The State of South Carolina IT Support Internship is open to undergraduate and graduate students majoring in information technology and related fields. To be considered for this role for the First Steps agency, you should have excellent customer service skills, be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, assist with the implementation of new technologies, and provide training and support to team members. You should also possess strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills and use a high level of professionalism and discretion in day-to-day communication. As an intern, you will gain hands-on, real-world experience by assisting with all agency IT needs including, but not limited to, installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems while troubleshooting technical issues as they arise. This internship is offered in Richland County, SC.
