The Best Buy Retail Teen Tech Summer Internship is open to students ages 16-21 who are members of their local Best Buy Teen Tech Centers or other affiliated community organizations. Through this six - ten-week program, you will build a strong foundation in customer experience, teamwork, and problem solving. You will gain exposure to nearly every function in the store from sales advisor to operations and Geek Squad to product flow. You will also participate in professional development workshops and speaker sessions, guided by Best Buy mentors, hosted by partners of the Best Buy Foundation. At the conclusion of the program, interns interested in continuing with Best Buy may be considered for part-time, seasonal or full-time roles, turning this summer opportunity into a longer-term career pathway.
