Description
The DNC Legal Internship is open to applicants 18 years of age and older who are currently enrolled in a JD or LLM program at an ABA certified, U.S.-based institution. Recent graduates are also eligible. As an intern, you will assist with providing accurate and timely advice to the organization on a variety of legal topics relevant to a national party committee and its political activities. This includes advising on election and campaign finance matters, litigating voting rights and election administration issues, negotiating contracts, working on employment and labor issues, researching privacy law and creating training presentations. This internship is offered either in-person in Washington, DC, or as a remote role.
