The Maine Research Internship for Teachers and Students (MERITS) is open to students who are U.S citizens, residents of Maine and enrolled as a Junior at a Maine school. You must demonstrate an interest in STEM fields and experiencing “real-time” applications of STEM in a research-focused work world conducting research and technology development in order to be considered for this internship.
