Description

The USA Today Finance Internship is open to finance and accounting majors, with a preference for junior, senior, and graduate students. To be considered for this opportunity, you should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be well organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and flexible. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, problem solving, decision making, financial analysis, and Microsoft Office skills. As an intern, you will work with accounting, financial analyst, and financial leadership teams to learn and sharpen basic and advanced finance skills, analysis, research, balancing, reporting, and communication. You will leverage tools for improving efficiency and accuracy during reviews and will participate in team meetings, where you’ll learn about how finance initiatives and projects take shape. This year-long internship is located in Tallahassee, FL.
