Description
The NYT Graphics Intensive Internship is open to sophomore-level and above undergraduate students and to recent graduates who have a desire to seek the truth and help people understand the world. This 12-week program is specifically tied to The New York Times Graphic’s desk — a fast-acting, multidisciplinary news team with a wide array of expertise, including reporting, data analysis and visualization, cartography, design and 3D modeling. Participants will work with graphics journalists to develop creative approaches to storytelling. Internships are offered each spring, summer, fall and winter. Exact dates will be determined with the selected candidates.
