Davey Solar Vegetation Management Internship-PAID

Description

The Davey Solar Vegetation Management Internship is open to applicants who have a current drivers license with a clean driving record and are able to work continuously for at least eight hours a day in all inclement types of weather and ground conditions. You should also be able to lift at leas 50 pounds. Mowing experience is preferred. As an intern, you will be responsible for managing all vegetation within the solar generation station—ensuring safety, compliance, and performance. You'll work closely with DRG leadership and maintain direct, daily communication with our client, representing DRG with professionalism and expertise. Specifically, you will perform manual labor with string trimmers, perform basic daily maintenance on equipment (training provided), apply herbicide, operate a 3/4 ton truck pulling a trailer, and operate mini skidsteers, compact tractors and brush hog style mowers. This internship is offered in Kirksville, MO.
