Live Nation Regulatory and Legal Compliance Internship-PAID

Description

The Live Nation Regulatory and Legal Compliance Internship is open students enrolled at an accredited law school who possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and project management skills. To be considered for this role, you should be passionate and willing to learn, able to take initiative, and able to to work in large global environments spanning multiple time-zones. As an intern, you will work closely with the Regulatory and Legal Compliance Director and Corporate Governance Program Manager to support compliance programs in accordance with various legal obligations. You will be responsible for supporting global regulatory and legal programs across the business, including: monitoring and researching compliance related laws, regulations, and legislative updates pertaining to Live Nation Entertainment; proactively identifying and discussing emerging compliance issues with the compliance team; assisting with drafting appropriate policies and program documentation; and helping with routine compliance review to ensure that regulatory and legal compliance procedures are followed and remediated as appropriate. This internship is offered on a full-remote basis.
