The Legoland California Human Resources Internship is open to sophomore-level and above undergraduate students majoring in hospitality, business, culinary, or facilities management. To be eligible for this opportunity, you should be willing to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays. As an intern, you will update the internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms. You will gather payroll data (like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts), screen resumes and application forms, and schedule and confirm interviews with candidates. You will post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, career pages, and social networks. You will also prepare HR reports, address employee inquiries, and participate in organizing company events and career days. This internship runs 10-12 weeks and is offered in Carlsbad, CA.
