Description

The Watts Water EHS/Safety Internship is open to rising junior and senior-level undergraduate students who are pursuing a degree in occupational and environmental safety and health or a related field. To be considered for this role, you possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about your work, demonstrate commitment to integrity and respect in interactions with others, and have a strong sense of accountability. As an intern, you will assist with updating the EHS lockout tagout program, help address safety concerns as they arise from production employees, support environmental inspections weekly, and participate in Bradley’s Safety Committee Team meetings on a monthly basis to provide input and make recommendations. You will also conduct and support job safety analysis initiative in the manufacturing facility, ensure OSHA compliance through audit of safety programs, work with manufacturing engineers as needed to raise safety concerns regarding department moves, and train employees based on business need. This internship is offered in Menomonee Falls and Germantown, WI.
