SCDNR Archaeology Internship-PAID

Description

The SCDNR Archaeology Internship is open to current undergraduate and graduate students who are majoring in anthropology, archaeology, history, or a closely related field. As an intern, you will assist the SCDNR Archaeology team with ongoing public engagement projects (e.g., Archaeology for Kids programming in South Carolina schools and libraries), archaeological excavations (e.g., shovel testing), processing artifacts in the Parker Annex laboratory, and/or assisting with curation. You must provide one letter of recommendation from a teacher, professor, academic adviser or employer to be considered for this program.
