Defense Commissary Agency Internship-PAID

Description

The Defense Commissary Agency Internship is open to applicants 16 years of age and older who are U.S. citizens and nationals. To be eligible you must have a high school diploma or a GED diploma completed under an approved State or local governing body. As an intern, you will assist in the commissary (military grocery store) by operating a cash register scanning system to list and total the prices of individual items purchased, including determining proper prices by scanning, price look-up, unit marking, or referring to price lists. You will also collect payment, assuring validity of cash items accepted and making correct change when required, and turn in cash and negotiable instruments to supervisor at the end of the shift. This internship is offered in various locations.
