Tesla Aerodynamics Internship-PAID

Description

The Tesla Aerodynamics Internship is open to students pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. To be considered for this opportunity, you should have a curious mind, an eye for detail, and proven ability to translate technical understanding into performant designs. Additionally, you should have an understanding of, and preferably experience in, CFD modelling (preferably Star-CCM+) and familiarity with use of CAD software to create and manipulate 3D surface geometry (ideally Catia/3DX). As an intern, you will develop aerodynamic concepts and technology in CAD, utilize and develop CFD workflows for aerodynamic evaluation and optimization, and support physical testing activities in the wind tunnel, on road and bench testing. This internship is offered in Hawthorne, CA.
