Asset Management Internship

Description

The Asset Management Internship is available to undergraduate students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. To be considered for this internships, interns must have strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs, including: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, posses a strong work ethic and takes a proactive approach to their work, have an interest in asset management, finance, or healthcare real estate and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment. Intern duties may include: assist in the analysis and monitoring of asset operating strategies to support value creation initiatives across the portfolio per the business plan, help prepare periodic asset management reports and presentation materials for internal stakeholders, support lease administration and renewal efforts by tracking expirations, preparing lease abstracts, and assisting with renewal analyses and other duties as necessary. This internship is based out of Media, PA.
