The Johnson and Johnson Internship/Co-Op is open to undergraduate and graduate students. Internships are offered in business, career programs, communications, creative, customer management, data analytics/computational science, marketing, discovery/clinical, environmental health and safety, finance, human resources, legal/compliance, product safety, pharmaceutical, procurement, program/project management, research and development, regulatory affairs, sales, strategy, supply chain, technology, and related fields. To be considered for an internship, you should have a record of strong academic performance and be able to handle multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency. You should also possess strong analytical, quantitative, communication, presentation, and leadership skills. As an intern, you will apply your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment while interacting with teams and leaders across the organization. Most internships run 10-12 weeks; co-ops run for a longer duration.
