Account Management Intern

Description

The Account Management Intern is available to undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have a 3.3 GPA or higher. You must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities, interest in learning sales and client engagement techniques, be proficient in Microsoft Office including Copilot, have the ability to work independently and manage workload effectively, demonstrable skills with AI tools, have strong grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills. To be considered for this internship, previous internship, part-time work, or coursework in business, insurance, or related fields preferred along with working knowledge of the P&C insurance industry. Intern duties may include: assist with coordination efforts with Client Success Leadership and collaborate on business objectives, develop an understanding of client businesses and the Property & Casualty industry to provide relevant recommendations, collaborate with CSMs, sales, operations, and product teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively, follow up on client cases to ensure that internal teams are responding in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and other duties as necessary.
