The Boston Beer Co. Lab Operations Co-Op is open to students 21 years of age and older who are pursuing a degree in food science, chemistry, biology, or other life science. To be considered for this role, you should have a interest in fermentation, food and beverage, food pairings, etc. You should also have laboratory experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment. As an intern, you will be responsible for implementing, tracking, and reporting on product development projects. Working alongside the rest of the Laboratory Operations Team, this role will include preparing and processing prototypes for new and existing products, analyzing and compiling data to help set product specifications, and maintaining a clean and highly functional product development laboratory. This six-month co-op is offered in Breinigsville, PA.
